TivoroTV provides a streaming infrastructure service that gives subscribers access to live TV channels and on-demand video content. Subscriptions are sold in monthly, quarterly, or yearly billing periods.

3. Subscription & Payment

Subscriptions are paid in advance for the chosen billing period. We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and cryptocurrency. We do not auto-renew — your subscription ends at the end of the billing period unless you actively renew.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 2-hour free trial for new users. The trial is provided as-is and may be limited in scope. No payment information is required for the trial.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us via WhatsApp and we will issue a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following are prohibited:

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update infrastructure, or modify channel lineups without prior notice. Channel availability may vary based on third-party source availability.

9. Content Disclaimer

TivoroTV provides infrastructure for content delivery. We do not own, host, or produce the content streamed through the Service. Subscribers are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TivoroTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any subscription that violates these Terms. Subscribers may cancel at any time by simply not renewing — no formal cancellation procedure is required.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
